Three new paper-cut works with the theme of folk songs in northern Shaanxi are "Geliang Liang" (Picture 15), "Bai Lian Lian Turned Over" and "Send Lovers" (Picture 16). Because the work uses the technique of chromatic paper-cutting, the characters look more three-dimensional and vivid, as if the deep feelings of folk songs are vividly on paper. The entire work is cut out of rice paper of different colors. The characters in the paper cut are dressed in brightly colored coarse cloth clothes in northern Shaanxi, or hold hands, or look far away from the top of the mountain. The work also presents mountains and rivers and money. A large number of folk life elements in northern Shaanxi, such as money, pairing children, water wells, and stone mills, make the works more layered and three-dimensional.

The three new paper-cut works on the theme of folk songs in northern Shaanxi province are "Liang Liang" (Figure 15), "White Face Turned Over" and "Send Love Lang" (Figure 16) each each 1 meter long and 0.7 meters wide. The whole work is made of different colors of paper, paper-cut characters wearing colorful north Shaanxi coarse cloth clothes, or hand in hand, or look away from the mountain, the work also presents a ravine, money, to the va, wells, stone mill and a large number of elements of folk life in northern Shaanxi, so that the works more layered, three-dimensional sense.
