This paper mainly studies the reaction process of transesterification of soybean oil, palm oil and methanol with NaOH as catalyst to prepare biodiesel. The effects of operating conditions such as catalyst dosage, stirring speed, reaction time and reaction temperature on the transesterification of soybean oil and palm oil were studied through single factor experiments. The conversion rate of raw oil and biodiesel of different reaction factors were detected by gas chromatography The yield.
