Otherwise, a large number of immune-related signaling pathways were identified by functional annotation and structural analysis. In conclusion, the full- length transcriptome with more integrity and longer-length is condu-cive for us to gain more information of gene function and associated immune response. This study not only improves current full-length transcripts of P. olivaceus, but also enhances the understanding of gene structure, post-transcriptional regulatory networks, and subsequently proteomic diversity in P. olivaceus.
