Design a vehicle exhaust waste energy recovery device<br>With the development of the automotive industry, energy conservation this aspect has been more and more attention and attention by the public, according to my inquiry about the relevant research data, the car fuel combustion released a large amount of energy into the air, there is still one-third of the use, so not only pollute the environment, but also waste a lot of energy, so, take effective measures to waste heat from the car to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, which is also an important research direction for us.<br>This paper makes a detailed classification and exact comparison of the waste heat energy utilization method proposed this time, and through the analysis and comparison, it is proposed that the use of automobile turbine exhaust gas to generate electricity is a more feasible way, and the first step is designed.<br>This paper first analyzes the energy discharged by the automobile, analyzes the energy composition of the exhaust gas by using the energy scale method of effective energy, and puts forward the method of reducing the energy generation of exhaust gas and improving the effective energy according to the results, secondly, analyzes the difference of the energy utilization rate of exhaust gas in each exhaust system, then uses a system scheme with high energy efficiency and designs it on one engine, and finally designs the turbine part of a diesel engine with the optimization design program.<br>This paper also designs turbine housings, turbine pipes, shafts and bearings through a detailed analysis of a start-up exhaust system, which is designed according to the turbine athrax.
