LOW PRESSURE NITROGEN TO D130 The flow of low pressure nitrogen to the vent line of D130 is controlled by FIC-________. This is a local rotameter with a flow range of 0 to 0.2 kg/hr. The flow of this nitrogen keeps an inert atmosphere in the tank. GREASE CHARGE TO D130 Grease is charged from drums using P130. Usually, complete drums are charged to avoid contamination.GREASE CHARGE TO THE CATALYST DISPERSION DRUMS D140A/B. Flow totalizer FTS-________ is set by field operator for the number of liters to be charged to the dispersion drum. The number of liters charged will be determined by the desired catalyst concentration. HS-_______ starts the flow. When the switch is activated, the valve on D130 circulating line closes and the valve on the D140 A/B addition line opens. When the grease addition is complete, the valve on D130 circulation line opens and the valve on the addition line closes. The valve on D130 circulation line (FV-________) will air fail open and the valve on the addition line will air fail close (FV-_______). Instrument range is 0-1000 kg.The temperature in D130 is controlled by temperature indicator/controller TICA-________. This device has a range of 0C to 150C and a setpoint of 90 C. High alarm set point is 1200 C. Low alarm set point is 700C. TICA-________ regulates the steam supply to the grease drum jacket and recirculation line, by reading the grease temperature in the drum. The temperature of the grease in the circulation line from P130 to D130 is indicated by TIA-______. This is a board mounted instrument with a high temperature alarm set at 120 C.EA-_______ Indicates motor stop on P130. The alarm is located on the control room console.CATALYST DISPERSION & FEEDING SYSTEMS (PIDs14A,14B,15)CATALYST DISPERSION DRUMS D140A/B The drums are jacketed vessels equipped with agitators. In the drum, powdered Catalyst is blended into the oil/grease mixture. The capacity of each vessel is _______ m3. Operating temperature range is 5 to 70 0C.
