This paper systematically tests and compares the body shape indexes of female college students in Gannan Normal University,Through the use of literatuoe,investigation (expert interview), measurement and other research methods,Test the body mass index, muscle development index, fat content index, waist hip ratio index and other body shape indexes of female college students in Gannan Normal University after participating in Latin dance training,Compared before and after class.To explore the specific impact of contemporary female college students' participation in Latin dance training on female college students' body shape.Systematically understand the current health status and body shape of most contemporary female college students.Obtain scientific and reasonable training time for Latin dance courses for female college students.It is concluded that Latin dance training has a positive impact on female college students' body mass index, muscle development, fat content index and waist hip ratio index Conclusion that Latin dance training has a positive impact on changing the body shape of female college students.
