我参加了学校组织的公益活动，学校组织我们参加一次“小手拉大手，文明在心中”的主题公益活动，这是整个暑假中我最开心的一段时间了。这次公益活动是走进社区捡垃圾，并且向社区公民宣传有关垃圾分类回收的知识，因为现在虽然提倡垃圾分类回收，但是依然有许多人没有这个意识，给收垃圾的人带来许多麻烦。活动开始后，我们画了相关海报，并张贴在社区公告栏上，之后我们开始捡垃圾，好在垃圾并不多，我们一会儿就捡的差不多了。之后我们不停的向来往路人发放宣传单，很累，但我们很开心。因为我们看到更多的人再扔前会先分类在扔。
