Taking Shanxi Communications New Technology Development Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper analyzes the development ability of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of finance. First of all, this paper expounds the background of our research on development ability and its theoretical and practical significance. Secondly, it briefly describes the research status of development capacity at home and abroad, lists some relevant literature and views, and introduces the research methods, ideas and innovations used in this paper. Then we explain the meaning of development capacity and the related indicators and influencing factors in the research of development capacity.
