摘要: 目前我国在评定桥梁或单梁的承载能力及工作状况静载试验方法的基础上，单梁静载试验是在施工过程中检验单粱结构预制能工质量的一种重要检验手段，同时也作为评判其承载性能能否达到设计、规范要求和能否安全使用的重要途径。本项目试验，依托了现实中兰州新区经一路北延段某座跨东一干渠中桥单梁为1-25m预应力混凝箱梁，作为本次试验研究。全面判定此单梁的施工质量是否达到设计要求，对该梁进行承载能力检测。为后续该桥预制混凝土箱梁的施工质量控制与评估提供技术支持，同时可为相似的实际工程提供参考依据。

Abstract: at present, based on the evaluation of the bearing capacity and working condition of bridges or single beams, the static load test of single beam is an important inspection method to inspect the quality of prefabrication of single beam structure during construction, and also as an important way to judge whether the bearing performance can meet the design, specification requirements and safe use. The test of this project is based on the fact that the single beam of a bridge in the east main channel of the north extension section of the first route of Lanzhou new area is 1-25m prestressed concrete box girder, which is used as the test study. The construction quality of the single beam is determined to meet the design requirements and the bearing capacity of the beam is tested. It can provide technical support for the construction quality control and evaluation of the precast concrete box girder of the bridge, and provide reference for similar practical projects.<br>
