It can be concluded that the membrane microenvironment is closely related to the physiological processes of cell signal transduction, adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. Therefore, the visual analysis of the interaction between cells and microenvironment is helpful to deepen our understanding of the relevant physiological and pathological processes. The team took nucleic acid and synthetic cofactors as modules, built a modular ratio cell membrane sensor based on nucleic acid, and realized the living cell imaging analysis of endogenous SO2 derivatives and no and other signal molecules in the cell membrane microenvironment. The modular strategy developed by the team integrates the advantages of nucleic acid molecules and small molecule probes, provides a general method for constructing ratio cell membrane sensors, and also provides a new tool for biomedical research and disease diagnosis.
