Nevertheless, the problems regarding storage and transportation of hydrogen should be solved for the commercialization of fuel cell technology for both stationary and mobile applications [4,5]. As the worldwide attention to hydrogen fuel is growing for fuel cell technology, the energyefficient production of hydrogen from renewable feedstocks is highly desired to eliminate global warming and greenhouse gas emissions. Hydrocarbons and oxygenated fuels such as methane, biogas, methanol, and ethanol are mostly preferredto produce hydrogen by many ways such as steam reforming (SR), autothermal reforming (ATR), partial oxidation (POX), water gas shift reaction, etc.
