Post-holiday syndrome<br>With the development of society, people feel more and more anxious after a pleasant holiday. On the first day we returned to Hebei University of Science and Technology to study, and we usually felt exhausted and not in the mood to study. In fact, we have post-holiday syndrome.<br>There are many reasons for post-holiday syndrome, the most important of which is our irregular lifestyle during the holidays. As far as I'm concerned, I used to watch TV until 1 or 2 a.m. I know I should have went to bed earlier, but I can't help but watch the anime. Because of this, I usually get up at 11 a.m. and miss breakfast. During my vacation, one day was only afternoon and evening for me, which made me feel uncomfortable when I went back to study. In addition, we like the feeling of relaxing during the holidays, which gives us the illusion that we hate learning.<br>In order to adapt to our normal pace of life, we'd better do something. First of all, we should make psychological adjustments and tell ourselves that it is time to learn. Second, it helps to ensure that we eat a normal diet and increase our intake of nutritious foods. What's more, it's useful to adjust our biological clocks by exercising.<br>In short, post-holiday syndrome is not a disease. If we can treat it correctly, it will soon disappear.
