Objective to explore the application effect of evidence-based multi-disciplinary rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode in patients with total hip replacement. Methods 66 patients with total hip replacement admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 33 cases each. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, the observation group used evidence-based multidisciplinary cooperation to implement rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing, compared the two groups of patients' length of stay, Harris score, postoperative complications and patients' satisfaction with nursing work. Results the hospitalization time and postoperative complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), Harris score was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the application of evidence-based method combined with multi-disciplinary cooperation in the nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation surgery can shorten the average hospitalization time of patients with hip replacement, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce the pain of patients, promote the recovery of hip joint function, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.<br>
