The optimization theory is the theory and method about the optimal design, optimal control and optimal management of the system. Optimization is an organizational process, that is, under certain constraints, the system can be expected to have the optimal function. It is to make the best choice from many possible choices in order to make the objective function of the system reach the maximum or minimum under the constraint conditions. Optimization is the basic goal of the system approach. There are several basic factors for the optimization method: system goals; possible ways to achieve the goals; the cost of implementing various programs; the establishment of system models; the formulation of system evaluation standards. In the 1940s, modern optimization theories and methods gradually developed, and their theories and methods gradually increased, such as linear programming, nonlinear programming, dynamic programming, queuing theory, game theory, decision theory, game theory, and so on.
