Procedure: For this exercise, you can use a partner. If you do not have a partner, you must have the proper door or window anchor equipment. If you have a partner, the partner that is assisting by holding the CLX band should have the CLX held as low as possible. Then you should take CLX band and find the loop that is best for your strength level. Turn 90 degrees away from your partner or anchor position. Stand with the feet wide apart and raise the heel of the foot nearest the CLX band. Place the far hand over the other hand or interlace fingers.
