[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of bronchofiberscope lung washing on blood gas analysis and curative effect in patients with severe pulmonary infection. Methods: according to the method of random number table, 60 patients with severe pulmonary infection in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases each. The control group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, and the observation group was treated with bronchofiberscope lung washing on the basis of the control group. The changes of arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) and arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) were observed in the two groups. Results: after the treatment, the PaO2 and SaO2 levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment, and the PaO2 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the PaO2 level in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.33%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the application of bronchofiberscope lung lavage in the treatment of severe pulmonary infection can significantly improve the level of blood gas analysis indicators and improve the clinical efficacy.<br>
