Before plastic injection molding, if it is necessary to remove the residual plastic in the injection machine and the barrel, which is different from the plastic to be put into use or whose color is inconsistent, it must be cleaned. The traditional screw injection molding machine usually needs to use a direct refueling machine for cleaning. When the refueling machine is cleaning, it must fully grasp the residual plastic in the current barrel molding injection and the molding injection characteristics of the desired refueling, and then use the correct molding injection cleaning methods and steps. For example, the molding injection temperature of the new plastic has been higher than all the remaining barrels at present. When the minimum molding and injection temperature of the residual plastic is increased to the minimum molding and injection temperature of the new residual plastic, the new plastic is added into the barrel, and then the molding and injection are carried out continuously until all the remaining plastic has been cleaned and injected, and the normal production is carried out after the molding and injection temperature is readjusted. If the best forming flow temperature of the new plastic is lower than that of the remaining plastic, the forming flow temperature of the barrel shall be properly increased to the best flow forming temperature of the remaining plastic, and the power supply of the cleaner shall be cut off immediately, and the barrel shall be cleaned with the new material under the temperature drop. If the molding temperature of new material is high, and the residual material in the process of refueling barrel is the plastic with better thermal sensitivity, we should try to select the plastic with thermal stability as the over refueling, first change out the thermal sensitive material with good temperature, and then clean the plastic with thermal stability with the new material.<br>
