In the second figure, we can see that in 200 degrees and 300 degrees both showed a sudden drop in hardness values. Therefore, we can observe that this goes through three stages. The first stage is the 200-degree heat before the harvest stage. The second stage is recrystallized at between 200 degrees and 300 degrees, to form a new strain-free grains. The final stage is the perfect present grain growth after 300 degrees. There is also a change in the amount of 30% thinning, may be our error caused when doing experiments.
