It shows that most of the students' sleep time is reasonable. One of our important points is that we should not sleep less. It's said in many books that adults usually sleep about 7 or 8 hours a day. But recently, Dr. James Mars, a professor of psychology in the United States, pointed out that six or seven hours of sleep at night is not enough. His research on sleep shows that only eight hours of sleep can make the human body function peak.
