Objective: To summarize the nursing effect of predictive risk assessment in a patient with esophageal malignant tumor undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: according to the main treatment methods of patients during hospitalization, evaluate the current and possible adverse events of patients in the future, formulate individualized nursing plan and carry out predictive nursing intervention. Results: through predictive risk assessment, predictive nursing was given to patients, which effectively reduced the toxic and side effects of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and improved the quality of life and treatment dependence of patients. Conclusion: predictive risk assessment can reduce the side effects of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with esophageal malignant tumors, improve the quality of life and treatment dependence of patients, and ensure the smooth progress of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
