Abstract: Through field trials at the saline-alkali land test base in the garden field of Yinchuan City, Ningxia, we used chemical fertilizers in combination with bio-organic fertilizers to study their effects on saline-alkali soil chemical properties, soil microbes and their activities, wolfberry growth and quality. The results show that the reduction of chemical fertilizers combined with biological organic fertilizer treatment has obvious effects on reducing soil pH, total salt, alkalinity and bulk density. Abstract: through the field experiment in the saline alkali soil experimental base of Yinchuan garden farm in Ningxia, the effects of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with bio organic fertilizer on soil chemical properties, soil microorganisms and their activities, growth and quality of Lycium barbarum were studied. The results showed that the reduction of chemical fertilizer combined with bio organic fertilizer had obvious effect on reducing soil pH, total salt, alkalinity and bulk density.
