取消302车间4楼生产线部分产品的变更： 1.将卡培他滨片、甲氨蝶呤片、达沙替尼片、HS270胶囊产品从302车间4楼生产线取消； 2.302车间卡培他滨片、达沙替尼片、HS270胶囊产品涉及的相关文件取消，甲氨蝶呤片相关原件继续保留，复印件收回并销毁； 3.销毁研发库中302车间生产的卡培他滨片和达沙替尼片库存产品； 4.取消《制剂合格供应商目录》中卡培他滨片、达沙替尼片、HS270胶囊3个产品涉及的专用原辅料 ； 5.取消SAP系统中卡培他滨片、达沙替尼片、HS270胶囊3个产品的中间体、成品及专用原辅料物料代码。
