Amounts of TR recovered in the aqueous phase, the lipids phase and in the pellet between these phases, as a per cent of the total sample radioactivity, in individual perirenal fat samples of groups G and H are given in Table 9.Most of the TR recovered in plasma samples taken at 24 h after the 21st dose(group G)was incorporated in or bound to proteins(Table 8); in 2 out of 3 samples, nearly the whole sample radioactivity was recovered in this phase, whereas in 1 out of 3 samples, the radioactivity was recovered about half as non-extractable from proteins and half as free. The amount non-extractable from nucleic adds was below the limit of quantification(≤3 - 7% of the sample radioactivity)in all investigated plasma samples. In the investigated tissue samples of group G as well, the amount bound to nucleic adds was limited; 6% of the sample radioactivity at the utmost was recovered in this fraction. In kidney even≤1% was non-extractable from nucleic acids. The amount of TR non-extractable from proteins, was more limited in tissues than in plasma.
