There are two main perspectives of overseas data intelligence research: technical perspective and educational perspective. The original technical viewpoint is the mainstream. Researchers have been paying attention to teachers' ability to use technical tools such as student data system. For example, Wayman and Joe (WaymanCHO, 2008) think that data system is an important part of effective data usage. The key is how teachers use the student data system, understand the basic principles and objectives of the student data system, and have the ability to support the educational framework of using the data system.
