Abstract: the cultivation of innovative thinking must be started from a young age. However, stem education is facing many problems, especially the lack of high-quality teaching materials and evaluation standards. For this reason, we have carried out a two-year primary school stem curriculum development. At present, the primary school stem textbooks for Grades 1-6 have been completed, but the scientific curriculum evaluation mechanism has always been the core of our research. We have carried out evaluation and Experimental Research on more than 400 students in 26 experimental schools in the region, which has achieved initial results and has great guiding significance for the rooting of textbooks.<br>
