The in vitro release properties of ASTA from nanofibrous membranes were measured in PBS solution (pH = 7.4). 10 mg of nanofiber membrane was immersed in 10 ml of PBS solution, and then placed in a constant temperature shaker (Jiangsu, Taichang) at 37°C. Take 1ml of the solution at a specific time point and add an equal amount of fresh buffer to continue incubation to ensure that the amount of PBS buffer is constant during the re-release process. According to the standard curve (y=0.09235x-0.00257, R2=0.9983), the release amount of ASTA in the medium was measured at 489nm with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV–vis general analysis TU-1901). Each sample was tested three times in parallel.
