改善幼儿问题能帮助幼儿更好地融入到幼儿园以及社会当中。鉴于此，本次笔者以实习期间所带中班幼儿中的昊昊（化名）为个案，以观察法为主进行积极行为支持（PBS）干预幼儿问题行为的实践研究，发现幼儿的问题行为主要表现在以下三个方面：攻击他人；注意力不集中；社会退缩行为。其原因主要有：一是生长发育不成熟；二是缺少与同伴之间的协作交流；三是教师未能及时给予关注；四是家庭教育方式的偏差。采用以下积极策略可以改善幼儿的问题行为：一是正确对待幼儿问题行为；二是有效促进同伴之间的协作交流；三是给予幼儿足够的关注；四是家校合作共同参与。采取积极行为支持策略干预幼儿问题行为的效果非常好，可以帮助幼儿更好地成长。
