The simulation analysis of optical tolerance shows that when the new optical delay line has the same tilt and decenter conditions as the pyramid mirror and fiber collimator inside the traditional optical delay line, the coupling efficiency fluctuation of this scheme is much smaller than that of the traditional optical delay line. The experimental results of comparative measurement of terahertz time-domain waveforms show that the peak fluctuation of the terahertz time-domain signal measured by the new optical delay line designed by this scheme is only 1/4 of that of the traditional optical delay line.

Optical tolerance simulation analysis shows that when the new optical delay line has the same tilt and eccentricity conditions as the angle cone mirror and fiber optic 66er inside the traditional optical delay line, the coupling efficiency fluctuation of the scheme is much smaller than that of the traditional optical delay line. The experimental results of tahtz time domain waveform comparison measurement show that the peak fluctuation of tahtz time domain signal is only 1/4 of the traditional optical delay line.
