The distillation process is closely related to the boiling point of the compound. The essence of distillation is the process of separating the reaction mixture by evaporation and recondensation under the conditions of different boiling points of the compounds. Distillation is mainly used to separate volatile and non-volatile materials as well as reaction mixtures with very different boiling points. If the boiling point difference is too small, the distillation process is very difficult and should therefore be treated in certain situations.
