Full Speed Range Adaptive Cruise Control (FSRA) extends the operation of Adaptive Cruise Control down to a stop (provided the vehicle ahead stops). Once activated by the driver, FSRA will follow the vehicle ahead to a stop (but like ACC does not react to a vehicle that has not been seen as previously moving). However, an alert may be given to an in-path stopped object. (Note: capability to react to stopped objects that are Never Before Seen Moving objects is desirable but is considered a limitation of current technology.) Once stopped, FSRA keeps the vehicle stopped until the driver indicates it's OK to go (via pressing accelerator pedal or possibly by pressing Resume switch)
