The wet pressing process is often used for raw materials with high moisture content. When preparing materials, the raw materials can be soaked for several days and then the water can be squeezed away, or the method of spraying water on the raw materials can be used, and then the binder is added to mix evenly. During processing, the raw materials enter the forming chamber from the feed port of the wet press, and then, under the rotating action of the press roll or the press die, they enter the die and are squeezed into the forming hole for extrusion. Finally, it is cut into particles of a certain length with a cutting knife and discharged from the machine, and then dried.
