Maize is a grain, high-quality feed and industrial raw material crop. Haploid induction technology combined with conventional breeding technology was used to carry out research on New Maize Germplasm with high yield, high quality, multi resistance and suitable for machine harvest. The results showed that a batch of 85 Maize Backbone Inbred Lines (kf001-kf085) with excellent comprehensive agronomic traits, high yield, high quality, multi resistance and suitable for machine harvest were created, which accelerated the progress of New Maize Variety breeding By means of molecular markers and transgenic technology, we can improve the success rate of haploid induction, and master the means of combining haploid induction technology with conventional breeding technology for maize breeding.<br>
