含三个忆阻器的混沌电路的研究与仿真容旭巍 吴淑花 马志春 穆玮石家庄学院物理与机电学院,河北省,石家庄,050035摘要:利用一个荷控忆阻器和两个磁控忆阻器构建了六维混沌电路系统,通过分析系统的李雅普诺夫指数、分岔图和庞加莱截面等基本动力学特性及忆阻器的能量输出特性,验证了系统的混沌特征。随着负电导元件参数的变化,新系统可在周期、混沌及其平衡点间进行切换。在系统参数固定不变而改变初始条件时,系统出现了共存吸引子现象。对系统出现的混沌现象,仿真实验结果与理论分析是一致的。关键词:忆阻器;混沌电路;负电导;共存吸引子.
