Research and simulation of a chaotic circuit with three memristors <br>Rong Xuwei, Wu Shuhua, Ma Zhichun, Mu Wei <br>, School of Physics and Mechatronics, Shijiazhuang University, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, 050035 <br>Abstract: Using a charge-controlled memristor and two magnetron memristors A six-dimensional chaotic circuit system was constructed by the device, and the chaotic characteristics of the system were verified by analyzing the basic dynamic characteristics of the system such as the Lyapunov exponent, bifurcation diagram and Poincaré cross section and the energy output characteristics of the memristor. As the parameters of the negative conductance element change, the new system can switch between cycle, chaos and its equilibrium point. When the system parameters are fixed and the initial conditions are changed, the coexistence attractor phenomenon appears in the system.
