The CMT will manage the development and implementation of the CRP. The CMT will ensure the Risk Profile for the hotel is current, risk-specific procedures have been developed and communicated, colleagues have been trained and community stakeholders are informed about the CRP. At or shortly after the onset of a crisis, the CMT will assume management of the event. At the discretion of the General Manager, decision-making authority for the crisis will be conferred upon the CMT.
