It is in the flushing oil treatment filter where the backflushing medium deliveredfrom the filter is regenerated.During operation backflushing medium permanently flows from the automaticfilter into the sludge chamber of the flushing oil treatment filter. As a result of the pressure difference between the flushing oil inlet and outlet, themedium flows through the filter element from the outside to the inside. Particlesof dirt carried in the flow are held back in the filter element. The backflushing medium which is filtered in this way, flows out through theflushing oil outlet and is fed back into the oil circulation. The filter element is attached to the filter support and fastened in place due to theshape of the filter housing. The dirty side is sealed off from the clean side by aseal on the filter element. The plug valve circuit makes it possible to break the flow through the flushing oiltreatment filter of the automatic filter currently in operation, e.g. to replace a filterelement.A pressure gauge indicates the pressure upstream of the filter element. As thesoiling in the filter element increases, the pressure indicated also increases.
