(1) Seven Dawson-type phosphates (P2Mo17Ni, P2Mo17Cr, P2Mo17Co, P2Mo17Mn, P2Mo17Cu, P2Mo17Zn, P2Mo17Zn, P2Mo1Mo18) were synthesized and characterized, and the electrochemical sensing of tyrosine enzymes in tyrosine enzymes was studied by electrochemical methods. The experimental results show that the detection effect of P2Mo17Ni is the best of the seven compounds, which have good electrochemical sensing on tyrosine enzymes. As can be known from the timing ampere curve, the minimum detection limit of P2Mo17Ni for tyrosine enzymes (S/N=3) can reach 0.4095 U-mL-1 when the concentration of tyrosine enzymes is in the range of 3.66 U.mL-1 to 26.87 U.mL-1. This method was applied to the detection of tyrosine enzyme content in White Shrimp in South America, the sample's label recovery rate was 98.0477% to 99.5872%, and the selectivity of this method was good, when tyrosinease coexisted with a variety of interfering substances, its detection results were almost unaffected. It is stated that the modified electrode has high accuracy and stability.
