For the systems under BST responsibility (BST in column AT) the actions are then expected to be taken by BST1.- Issue with the product versions. The production version is reported in the label of a system and also on the product configuration document CDRL28. For example for the HVAC system, we see that on both places the numbers are reported properly. But in parallel the same supplier product number should be in TCUA (which later will go to SAP), in the supplier part list and in the traceable item list. In this 3 documents the numbers are wrong because the supplier and BST used the drawing number, which is a different thing.I don’t know if this issue is happening in more systems so first it should be checked on all systems and second it should be repaired urgently to match the configuration reported in TIL and TCUA and the product labels on the train. First place where to repair is in column H of the TCR table attached2.- Target Configuration Reference TCRWe are now defining the configuration to be use for the first important milestone, the commissioning after retrofit 2. In order to freeze the configuration needed to perform this milestone, it is required that each system engineer confirms which configuration of his system can be used to perform such activities (column AW) (below there are more information for better understanding)I attach a copy of the TCR document to be filled in.
