Due to some passengers' knowledge of aviation safety and personal qualities, uncivilized behaviors of passengers taking the flight are constantly occurring. The uncivilized behavior of passengers not only affects the safety of other passengers and aviation flight safety, but also damages their own image and airline economy, causing great adverse effects on society. Cabin attendants shoulder the important responsibility of cabin safety service management, so cabin attendants must strengthen the management and disposal of passengers' uncivilized flight behavior. However, some cabin attendants don't know enough about passengers' uncivilized flight behaviors and lack the necessary handling skills, so there are frequent problems in the process of handling passengers' uncivilized flight behaviors, which has a great impact on other passengers in the cabin and the safety order. Therefore, it is extremely important to strengthen the cabin attendants' handling of passengers' uncivilized flight behaviors and improve the handling level of cabin attendants. Based on the related overview of passengers' uncivilized flight behavior disposal, this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of cabin attendants' disposal of passengers' uncivilized flight behavior, and further finds out the problems in cabin attendants' disposal of passengers' uncivilized flight behavior. Through analysis, there are mainly some problems, such as cabin attendants' failure to timely advise uncivilized flight passengers, improper communication and disposal methods for uncivilized flight passengers, and insufficient punishment for uncivilized flight passengers, etc., so as to put forward cabin attendants' disposal strategies for passengers' uncivilized flight behavior, and urge cabin attendants to correctly dispose passengers' uncivilized flight behavior.
