We take pea seedling as our research object. In this paper, we will study the active oxygen generation of pea seedlings under drought stress by using pot artificial water control technology to simulate the normal water holding capacity, moderate drought and severe drought. Through the determination of malondialdehyde, membrane permeability, cat and pod content of pea seedlings under normal water holding capacity, moderate and severe drought stress, we analyzed the active oxygen generation of pea seedlings under drought stress Thanks for your influence. The results showed that the content of MDA increased 48.89%, the activity of cat and pod increased 70.12%, 75.19% and the permeability of plasma membrane increased 50.65% under moderate drought stress, the content of MDA increased 220.09%, the activity of cat and pod increased 127.12%, 133.07% and the permeability of plasma membrane increased 141.86% under severe drought stress. The results showed that with the increase of drought stress, the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation increased, the content of malondialdehyde, the permeability of plasma membrane increased, the activities of cat and pod in pea protective enzyme system increased, and the metabolism of active oxygen increased.
