助人行为是亲社会行为的重要表现,对幼儿的社会性发展具有重要影响。本研究主要采用观察法和访谈法,通过了解混龄班幼儿助人行为的现状,从助人者和受助对象的年龄与性别、助人行为类型、受助原因、助人策略和助人反馈五个维度进行分析,归纳出以下特点:1.助人者多为中组和大组幼儿,受助对象多为小组幼儿;2.助人者男孩多于女孩 ;3.混龄班幼儿主要助人类型 为主要助人;4.混龄班幼儿主要受助原因为社会需求和物品问题;5.混龄班幼儿主要助人策略为体力帮助;6.混龄班幼儿主要助人反馈为无反馈。结合现状与特点,向教师提出相应的教育建议。
