Objective to improve the awareness rate and implementation rate of the appointment notice of patients in nuclear medicine, ensure the smooth progress of the examination, and improve the patient satisfaction and the efficiency of nuclear medicine appointment. Methods the multimedia teaching method was used to embody the appointment content in the comprehensive form of text, sound, image, animation, graphics and video [1], so as to enhance the understanding and memory ability of patients and their families, and compare the number of patients with inadequate preparation before and after examination. Results the incidence of insufficient preparation problems, such as forgetting fasting and forgetting to bring disease-related diagnostic data, was significantly less in patients who used multimedia teaching method for appointment education, which was significantly less than that of patients with conventional appointment method.
