According to table 5.1:(1) in terms of gender ratio, the proportion of men is relatively high, about 4.4% higher.(2) in terms of age structure, the proportion of 21-30 years old is the highest (46.9%), followed by 31-40 years old (43.91%).(3) in terms of education level, the proportion of undergraduate is 59.2%.(4) in terms of career structure, the highest proportion is 42.8% for students in school, followed by 29.9% for enterprise employees.(5) in terms of marital status, the proportion of married people is higher than that of unmarried people.(6) in terms of the disposable amount of online clothing, the number of people under 1000 yuan is the largest, followed by the number between 1000-2000 yuan.Reliability is to test the stability or consistency of the results of the questionnaire. In this study, the most commonly used reliability coefficient method, α reliability coefficient method, is used to test the reliability and accuracy of the data through the obtained α coefficient and the total correlation CITC value of the correction items. Generally speaking, if the α coefficient is higher than 0.8, it means the reliability is high. If the α coefficient is between 0.7-0.8, it means the reliability of the data is good. If the α coefficient is between 0.6-0.7, it means the reliability of the data is acceptable. Within the range of acceptance, if the α coefficient is lower than 0.6, it means that the data reliability is poor and the questionnaire needs to be redesigned; secondly, if the CITC value is lower than 0.3, it means that the correlation between one item and another item is very low, it can be considered to delete the item; finally, by comparing the "deleted α coefficient" value and α coefficient, if the α coefficient after deleting any item is not significantly improved. It shows that the internal consistency of the scale in this study is very good. If there is a significant improvement in the α coefficient after deleting a certain item, it is necessary to consider re analysis after deleting the item.As shown in table 5-2 and table 5-3, there are 21 measurement items of "customer experience", α coefficient is 0.933, higher than 0.8, with high reliability, indicating good reliability of data, and 21 measurement items are retained. And CITC value is more than 0.3, which meets the standard, so the design of customer experience measurement scale is ideal.As shown in table 5-4 and table 5-5, there are 10 measurement items of "customer trust". The α coefficient is 0.833, which is higher than 0.8. The high reliability indicates that the reliability of the data is good, and all 10 measurement items are retained. The CICT value is more than 0.3, which is in line with the standard, so the design of customer trust measurement scale is ideal.
