重质松节油是松脂加工过程中的副产物，主要成分为长叶烯。长叶烯的深加工利用是值得深入研究的课题。本文先将长叶烯异构芳构化为长叶烯基萘满，再与噻唑环和偶氮活性基团拼接，合成得到系列中间体长叶烯基萘满并噻唑-偶氮衍生物，继而通过光氧化得到系列长叶烯基萘满酮并噻唑-偶氮衍生物。研究它们的抗癌活性和构效关系。旨在为重质松节油的高值化利用提供实验和理论依据。
