These results verified that the polymer growth from the glycoprotein did not interfere with the thermos-sensitive aggregation of the pNIPPAm brushes. the white precipitation could be easily separated by gentle centrifugation and re-dissolve in aqueous solution under the LCST.After five precipitate-dissolve cycles, the solution still preserved the capability of the thermo-sensitive dissolution and precipitation, which makes it suitable for the repeated washing in this particularly enrichment approach. The feature is critical for efficient recovery of the polymer target molecule conjugates and removal of the nonspecifically absorbed biomacromolecules in the complex bio-sample.
