With reference to the captioned, after checking and calculating of the parking and GFA as per progress design, to maintain the required no. of parking for phase 2 & 3 same as approved MLP, there are two different situations below,1. Reducing SA GFA of AT5/OT3 (Total SA% is 30.8%) : total GFA will be reduced around 11,800m2;2. Reducing Office GFA of OT2 (Total SA% is 31.7%): total GFA will be reduced around 13,000m2;
