I think the best thing to do right now is let Florence perform the pull tests prior to Tianjin receiving the parts into inventory. We should be able to receive the samples from Comptec and have them pulled PRIOR to you receiving an ocean-shipment of the batch of parts from Comptec, so it shouldn’t slow the process down any.In the meantime, you can work to find a third-party, or find a way to pull the samples at your site (per the GSP on the drawing). I am working to revise the GSP with new fixture part numbers, so it may be best if Florence is performing 100% of the pull-tests until the revision change is completed at the very least. Then we can ensure that TJG has the proper tooling (either at the plant or the third party) for the fixturing.Let me know what you think of this idea so we can work out the logistics with the Product Quality team here in Florence. In the meantime, we need to approve ECO 2290672 and we can work out the details of the pull-test while the parts are placed on order and are being made.
