Myasthenia gravis is an acquired autoimmune disease caused by dysfunction of neuromuscular transmission, which leads to weakness in skeletal muscle contraction. Patient [1] only feels prone to fatigue in the early stages of the disease, but fatigue is more pronounced. However, it can be relieved after rest, and as the condition progresses, symptoms such as drooping eyelids and difficulty swallowing may occur. In severe cases, breathing difficulties may occur. The tendency of patients to relapse, regardless of their age group, can occur in children and adolescents. This not only causes great pain to patients, but also places a great burden on them, which can have an impact on their quality of life. Due to the lack of specific treatment in clinical practice, the condition will gradually worsen as the condition progresses. Therefore, during the hospital period, effective clinical nursing was taken to control the condition to a certain extent, which has played a certain therapeutic effect on the development of the condition in clinical practice and has played a certain role in the development of the condition in clinical practice. Therefore, in the treatment process of patients, effective nursing interventions should be carried out to improve their prognosis, accelerate their recovery, improve treatment effectiveness, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and protect their life safety. Based on this current situation, we discussed the safety nursing significance and implementation effectiveness of myasthenia gravis. Myasthenia gravis crisis (MGC) refers to a sign of severe weakness of the muscles innervated by the medulla oblongata, which can lead to suffocation or respiratory dysfunction and death if not rescued in time. It is a sudden onset of respiratory muscle or/or severe muscle weakness in patients with myasthenia gravis, resulting in difficulty in breathing, coughing, and posing a threat to the patient's life. But myasthenia gravis crisis is a serious complication of myasthenia gravis, with an incidence rate of 15% to 20%. If not rescued in a timely manner, it can endanger life.
