Abstract: in order to study the physiological mechanism of the cardiovascular system and the relationship between the hemodynamic parameters of the cardiovascular system and cardiovascular diseases, based on the basic theory of hydrodynamics and electrical network, and according to the anatomical model of the human cardiovascular system, a cardiovascular system simulation model is proposed. This paper focuses on the analysis of the body circulation sub model, and uses MATLAB tools to carry out mathematical simulation, to get the cardiovascular parameters under normal physiological conditions, to give the parameters of bleeding flow mechanics. According to the clinical diagnosis parameters, the parameters of the systemic circulation model were adjusted, and the hemodynamic simulation results of hypertension and heart failure were simulated by computer. The simulation results are consistent with the clinical symptoms, which proves that the model proposed in this paper is feasible.<br>Key words: cardiovascular; modeling and simulation<br>
