(2003) found thatface-to-face interaction facilitated tacit-knowledge sharing throughsocial interactions (e.g., language, mutual trust, and proximity).Ryan and O’Connor (2009) developed the Team Tacit KnowledgeMeasure (TTKM) for software teams.
