My research question is housing prices in Canada and what it means for people's lives in the future. After my research, I found that due to factors such as location and public facilities, houses in suburbs are generally cheaper than houses in urban areas. But based on the topic of this discussion, I am deeply aware of the fact that cars play an important role in the everyday lives of people living in the suburbs. People need cars to go to work or to shop for daily necessities, when the price of a suburban house plus the cost of a car is almost equal to the price of a house in the upper city. For people living in urban areas, the car is not a necessity, it is more a consumer product, when people don't need to worry about economic problems, they will consider whether to buy a car.
